Please join us on Wednesday February 22, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. for a lecture from Judge L. Clifford Davis in celebration of African American Heritage Month.
During his career, Judge Davis worked with Thurgood Marshall on Brown vs. Board of Education of Topeka and used that knowledge on the cases to integrate both Mansfield ISD and Fort Worth ISD. He served as a judge on the Tarrant County bench for twenty years, and today, he still practices law and provides pro bono services in the community.
Can’t join us on Wednesday? Bob Ray Sanders interviewed Judge Davis in 2016.
