The District is working hard to modernize and upgrade our technology infrastructure. I you have not noticed yet, the Internet speed connection is remarkably faster. On late January the Network and Communication Service performed a major upgrade of the TCC bandwidth resulting on a faster Internet connection.
The District is also planning to upgrade the WiFi routers in all campuses to respond to the increasing demand of wireless connectivity. More Access Points will be installed on public areas and we encourage you to let-us know of any dead-spots you are aware of.
Here at the NE Library we upgraded our laptops to enable printing over the WiFi. The laptops are now available for checkout from the Computer Learning Center and from the Circulation Desk.Tags: News, technology, WiFi
